In short
- We're independent. Nomadic Mart is a private company that helps with visas, travel authorizations, arrival cards and other travel documents. We are not a government website and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government.
- Our price pays for our service: preparing, checking and submitting your application or filing, plus support. Where a destination charges a government fee, our total includes it. Some official documents, such as many arrival cards, are free from the government; then our price is our service fee only.
- You can apply yourself. You can go directly to the issuing authority for your destination, on its official website, and pay only the official rate, or nothing if the document is free.
- The government decides. We can't guarantee approval, processing times or entry at the border.
- We don't give legal advice. Entry rules change, so check them before you travel.
1. An independent service, not the government
We help travelers get the travel documents their trip needs, for many destinations. Depending on where you're going, that can include:
- Visas: eVisas, and visa applications or pre-approvals where a destination accepts them online.
- Travel authorizations: ETAs and other electronic authorizations to travel.
- Visas on arrival: pre-approval or pre-payment, where a destination offers it.
- Arrival cards and declarations: digital arrival cards, and arrival, health and customs declarations.
- Other travel documents, such as transit authorizations, plus specialist support.
For each document or service you order, we prepare your application or filing, check it, submit it to the issuing authority for you and support you until it's done. The "issuing authority" is the government or official body that issues your document or receives your filing.
We don't issue any of these documents. Only the issuing authority for your destination can do that. Nothing on our website, in our emails or in our ads comes from a government.
2. What our fee pays for
When you order through us, our service fee pays for:
- Preparation: we ask you for as little as possible, usually just your passport, and turn your answers into the government's application or form.
- Checks: a specialist checks your details and documents, such as your passport scan or photo, against the government's published requirements.
- Submission: we submit or file it for you at the right time, and pay any government fee on your behalf.
- Support: we follow your order, send you the result by email and answer questions by email or WhatsApp.
Every price we show is a total, with all fees included. You see it for your document and destination before you start, and again at checkout before you pay. Checkout also shows how the total splits between any government fee and our service fee. Prices are in US dollars (USD), and you pay securely through Stripe. There are no hidden charges.
What our price covers
| Part of the price | What it is | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Government fee | The official fee for the document, set by the issuing authority. We pay it for you. | Only where your destination charges one. Included in our total. |
| Our service fee | Our preparation, checks, submission and support. | Every order. |
| Faster delivery | A faster speed for our part of the work, such as Rush or Instant. | Only on products that offer it. It doesn't speed up the government. |
3. You can apply directly with the government
You don't have to use Nomadic Mart. You can apply directly with the issuing authority for your destination, usually on its official website (or, for a visa on arrival, when you land), and pay only the official rate. Where the official document is free, as many arrival cards are, applying yourself costs nothing. Either way, it costs less than ordering through us, because you aren't paying for our service.
To find the official website for your destination, check with its embassy or consulate, or with your own government's travel advice.
A document you get through us is the same official document you would get by applying yourself. You pay us for the help: the checks, the filing and the support.
4. No guarantee of approval, timing or entry
Every decision about your visa, travel authorization or arrival card belongs to the issuing authority.
- Approval: the issuing authority approves or refuses your application. We can't influence that or promise an outcome.
- Processing times: the times we show are the issuing authority's estimates, not promises. Governments can take longer, ask for more information or change their systems without notice.
- Filing windows: some documents can only be filed within a set window before you travel. For example, some arrival cards can only be filed a few days before you land. We file when the window opens.
- Entry: an approved visa or travel authorization, or a filed arrival card, doesn't guarantee entry. Border officers decide when you arrive.
Our own delivery speeds, such as Standard, Rush or Instant where a product offers them, cover only how quickly we do our part once we have everything we need from you. They don't speed up the government. If an application is refused or delayed, or we miss our own delivery time, our Refund Policy explains what can be refunded.
5. Not legal or immigration advice
Nomadic Mart is not a law firm, and our team are not lawyers or registered immigration advisers. Nothing on our website, in our visa checker, in our destination guides or from our support team is legal or immigration advice. Our checks make sure your application or filing is complete and matches the government's published requirements; they don't assess your personal legal position.
If your case is complicated, for example a past refusal, a criminal record or a previous overstay, speak to a qualified immigration lawyer or your destination's embassy before you apply.
6. Accuracy of our information
Entry rules, fees, eligibility and document requirements change, sometimes without notice. We check our destination pages regularly, and each one shows a "Last updated" date, as on our Cambodia visa page.
Even so, we can't promise every detail is current when you read it. Before you travel, and before you book anything non-refundable, check the latest rules with the issuing authority or your destination's embassy and with your airline. We are not responsible for losses caused by rule changes made after we published a page.
7. Your responsibilities as a traveler
Some things only you can control. Before you travel, make sure that:
- Your passport is valid for long enough. Rules vary by destination: many ask for at least six months' validity from the day you arrive, and some also need blank pages.
- You have the right document for your trip: the right type for your nationality, your reason for travel and how long you'll stay. A tourist visa or authorization doesn't usually let you work or do business.
- Your details are correct and match your passport exactly. Mistakes can lead to a refusal or problems at the border.
- Your answers are true. Where a government form or declaration asks about your health, customs or travel history, we ask you before we file. We never answer for you.
- Your dates and entry point fit your document, and you leave before your permitted stay ends.
- You carry what the border may ask for, such as a copy of your visa or authorization, proof of onward or return travel, where you're staying and enough money for your trip.
- You meet any other rules, such as health and vaccination requirements, customs limits, travel insurance or transit visas for countries on your route.
Airlines can refuse boarding if your documents aren't in order. That decision is theirs, not ours.
8. Third-party links and services
Our website uses, or links to, services run by other companies, such as Stripe for payments and WhatsApp for support. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. Their own terms apply, and a link is not an endorsement. Our Privacy Policy lists the providers we work with, and our Cookie Policy explains the cookies they may set.
9. Errors and omissions
We work hard to keep our website accurate, but it may sometimes contain mistakes or out-of-date details, including in prices. If we find an error that affects your order, we'll tell you as soon as we can, before we submit anything wherever possible. You can then go ahead or cancel, and our Refund Policy applies.
Spotted a mistake? Tell us at [email protected].
10. Trademarks and government names
Country names, flags and emblems, and the names of governments, government agencies, official websites and official documents, appear on our website only to identify the destination or document we help with. They never mean that a government endorses, approves or works with us.
"Nomadic Mart" and our logo belong to us. Other names, such as Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay and WhatsApp, belong to their owners.
11. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for government decisions (including refusals, delays and denied entry), for changes to entry rules or government fees, or for indirect losses such as missed flights or hotel bookings. Our total liability for an order is limited to the total price you paid for it, as our Terms & Conditions set out.
Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects your legal rights as a consumer. Our full liability terms are in our Terms & Conditions. If this page and the Terms ever disagree, the Terms apply.
12. Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated, and the version shown here applies when you use our website.
