Refund Policy

We want you to be confident ordering from Nomadic Mart. This policy explains when refunds are available for our visa documentation services.

Because our documents are prepared individually for each customer, we generally do not offer refunds once a document has been delivered. However, you are entitled to a full refund if we are unable to deliver your order, or if the delivered document does not match the details you provided and we cannot correct it.

Most issues can be resolved with our free corrections and revisions. Flight and hotel reservations include up to 2 corrections; travel plans and cover letters include 3 revisions. Please request changes within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at [email protected] with your order reference and the reason for your request. We review all requests within 48 hours and process approved refunds to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds based on a visa refusal. The final decision rests with the embassy, and our service provides supporting documentation only.
