- Yes. Apply for each country's visa or arrival card with us, and we handle every government's forms for you.
- Yes, for free before we submit, so tell us right away. After that, some arrival cards can still be updated for the same trip at no extra cost, but many visas can't be edited, and a fix may need a new application and new fees.
- By email, as soon as it's issued, usually as a PDF or a QR code. You can also download it from your order's tracking page. Not in your inbox? Check your spam folder, then tell us and we'll send it again.
- Yes, until we submit your application. Before we start, you get everything back; once we've started, any government fee plus half our service fee. To cancel, email us with “Cancel order” and your order ID.
- The issuing authority decides, so we can't guarantee approval. If we filed it correctly, the fees aren't refunded, but if a mistake of ours caused it, we apply again at no cost to you. Either way, we tell you what we know about the reason.
- Yes. Add up to 10 travelers, family and children included, to one application. Each just needs a photo of their passport; we handle every government form.
