What am I paying for on top of the government fee?

What if my application is rejected?
We refund our service fee in full and explain why. The government fee is collected by the destination authority, so that part is not ours to return.

My spouse and I have passports from different countries. Can we apply together?
Yes. Add both of you to one application and set each traveler's own passport country. We check every passport against your destination's rules, and each of you gets your own visa decision.
One of us needs a visa and the other doesn't. What happens?
You can still apply together. We check each passport, and anyone who can travel visa-free is left off the visa order, so you only pay for the visas you need.
Is my passport data safe?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, used only for your application, never sold. Ask us to delete it once your document is issued.
